A fresh baby salad from 1 year old that combines fish and avocado. The slight taste of hazelnut of the latter is appreciated by toddlers.
- 100 g of cod fillet
- 1 half-lawyer
- 1 quart of mango
- some pink berries
- sprigs of chives
- 1 lemon juice
- olive oil
Bring a pan of water to a boil. Place the cod in it and turn off the heat. Let poach under cover. Drain and detail the fish in strips.
Cut the avocado into strips and lemon them.
Peel the mango and detail it in slices. Arrange the slices of avocado and mango fan in a bowl. Add the fish.
Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with crushed pink berries and chopped chives.
Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
