Carrot salad with banana

A dessert or an original entry for your gourmet from 1 year.


  • 1 to 2 new carrots according to their sizes
  • 1 third of banana
  • the juice of 1 quarter of orange
  • 2 tbsp. plain yoghurt
  • 1 C. brown sugar


Rinse the carrots, wipe them and grated them finely.
Peel the banana, cut it into tiny cubes and add them to the carrots.
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, orange juice and sugar.
Pour over the carrot and banana mixture.
Mix and serve.
