Turkey salad and vegetables

Beet, mushrooms, tarragon ... a colorful recipe. From 2 years old.


  • 80 g cooked turkey breast
  • 100 g of Paris mushrooms
  • 1 quart cooked beetroot
  • 25 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 C. coffee oil
  • 1 C. lemon juice
  • 2 chopped tarragon leaves
  • salt


If necessary, remove the piece of turkey from its skin, then slice it. Clean the mushrooms, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the beet and cut into strips. In a bowl, combine all these ingredients. Mix with the cottage cheese, oil and salt. Serve sprinkled with tarragon.
