Vegetable Samoussa (Priscilla)


  • 2 carrots, 1 zucchini, 2 slices of ham, gruyere, 3 sheets of brick.


Grate the carrots, cut the zucchini into small pieces and return to the pan, cut the ham into small pieces. Put everything in a sheet of brick, fold the sheet into a triangle or roll, and brown all in the pan with a small trickle of olive oil.
