For 4 glasses
- 2 bananas
- 125 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 yogurts velvety
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 C. honey
Preparation:
Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and place them in a blender type robot.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a frothy consistency.
