Ingredients:

For 4 glasses

  • 2 bananas
  • 125 fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 yogurts velvety
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 C. honey

Preparation:

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and place them in a blender type robot.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a frothy consistency.
