Passion fruit smoothie and celery


Looking for a toning drink full of vitamins? Bet on this kiwi fruit smoothie with passion fruit and celery. Prepared with pineapple juice, this drink offers a mix of flavors that will delight you.

Ingredients:

For 2 glasses

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 2 branches of celery young
  • 75 ml pineapple juice
  • Orange zest for decoration

Preparation:

Cut the passion fruit in half, collect the flesh with a spoon and sieve it to remove the seeds.

Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces.

Wash and dry the celery stalks.

Cut the end of the branches with about 5 cm of stem and reserve them, cut the rest of the stalks into small pieces.

Mix the pieces of kiwi and celery with the pineapple juice and the passion fruit.

Sweeten to your taste with maple syrup.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses on ice cubes.

Decorate with the orange zest and plant a piece of celery in the smoothie.
