A zest of lemon, a fillet of honey ... and the fish becomes tajine. Ideal to benefit the whole family of its benefits.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 4 trout pavers
  • 2 candied lemons
  • 2 tbsp. flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 8 baby onions
  • 1 C. coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 C. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chilli powder (optional)
  • 4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  • fresh coriander
  • salt
  • ground pepper.

Preparation:

In a deep plate, mix olive oil, cinnamon, chili and pepper. Marinate the fish for 2 hours under film.

Let the grapes swell in hot water. Cut the lemons in four. Peel the baby onions.

Pour the marinade oil into a pan and fry onions, coriander seeds and trout. Add the diluted honey in a little water, candied lemons, drained grapes and almonds. Salt and simmer covered 10 min.

Chop the coriander. Sprinkle tajine and serve hot with semolina.
