Here is a family recipe that is also suitable for future moms. Fish for proteins, leeks and tomatoes for vitamins, including precious folate ... and here's a light pie to enjoy with a salad.
For 4 people :
- 1 puff pastry
- 200 g of plaice fillets
- 2 tomatoes
- Parmesan shavings
- 3 eggs
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- chopped chives
Spread the dough in a mold and prick it with a fork.
Cut the fish fillets into pieces and place them on the pie shell.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, chives and pepper.
Wash, peel the leeks and cut into slices. Fry them in a pan and add a little water. Cook for 5 minutes.
Place the leeks on the pie with the egg mixture. Add the tomatoes cut in slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
