A sweet mixture of vegetable broth, small, fresh cheese and mint to be enjoyed from 6 months.


  • For 1 meal:
  • 25 cl of vegetable broth
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 100 g fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 serving of fresh cheese.


Bring the vegetable broth to a boil with the mint leaves and dip in the peas. Cook for 15 minutes. Drain the peas while keeping the cooking broth. Mix them with mint and fresh cheese and add a little broth until you get the desired consistency. Tip +: this recipe can be enjoyed hot or cold and can also be served as a verrine for adults. For this, use more cooking juices to obtain a more liquid soup and serve it hit with an ice cube in which you will have imprisoned a mint leaf.
