For 6 verrines
- 1 big cucumber
- 12 servings of Laughing Cow
- 4 slices of white ham
- 30 g of cream
- salt and pepper
Peel the cucumber and grated it. Drain it and mix with the cream. Add salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into the verrines
Mix the Laughing Cow with the cumin and place the preparation on the cucumber.
Mix the ham ham and arrange it on top of the verrines.
Sprinkle chopped chives.
